Wellness Management Communities
WellKom is a pioneer of Wellness Management. In conjunction with other such organisations, WellKom is a founder of National, Regional and virtual Wellness Management Communities. These Communities enable the interaction of employers, professional associations, trade unions, government departments/agencies and all Wellness Management professionals.
Moving forwards, these Communities are beginning to flourish as more and more employers actively engage. In the UK, leading County Councils such as Kent and Lancashire, and innovative partnerships like Hampshire and The Isle of Wight are set to be catalysts for Regional Communities.
In the Spring of 2008 WellKom will be launching a virtual Wellness Management Community Portal to enable this Community to develop on a worldwide scale. The foundations of this Portal have been completed and we are currently in the process of establishing long lasting Community Partnerships.
