Wellkom Corporate Services Ltd ("WellKom") is fully registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act") and complies with the Act in all its dealings with your personal information and data including using its reasonable endeavours to ensure that such information is accurate, securely stored, kept up to date and not held for longer than necessary.

To produce a wellness profile for you we need certain data from yourself. This then needs to be processed and analysed then your personal report will be produced. The design and management of www.wellkom.co.uk, and related sites, as well as the processing, analyzing and report generation is performed under a contract which includes the terms and conditions as outlined in the Data Protection Act - a security statement. This contract is between WellKom Corporate Services Limited and Minervation, Oxford, UK. They perform these activities in the UK. WellKom Corporate Services Limited is registered under the U.K. Data Protection Act 1998 as a data controller.

3. Use of Data for Research Purposes
As part of WCS's commitment to improving the working environment, some of your data will be collated and shared anonymously with third parties for research purposes.
4. Data Transfer
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, WellKom Corporate services Ltd (“WellKom”) is required to tell you if it transfers or intends to transfer information which it holds about you to countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA").

Because WellKom's servers are located in the United States, the transfer of all of WellKom's data (including the personal details contained in your Profile) outside the EEA is necessary to enable WellKom to operate its website and provide the products and information that are available under its agreement with you or your employer.
