Inclusive, Comprehensive

The HiP Review and the PWP are inclusive, taking into consideration all aspects of wellness. Other approaches are inherently limited, approaching employee health within the context of simply occupational health or sports performance. However, WellKom’s approach is a comprehensive assessment of 65 measures of wellness: 9 dimensions and 44 subscales that have been identified by WellKom and The Work Foundation as the key factors that affect productivity, plus 10 indicators of high-performance cultures.

The HiP Review not only collects and collates data, but is able to mine it in many different ways, offering several layers of insight and information to employers. The focus of The HiP Review is the design of people management practices, systems and processes and their implementation. It challenges the organisation to examine how business success is defined and reported on.
