National lanch of Personal Wellness Zone
We are delighted to announce the national launch of Personal Wellness Zone (PWZ).
Carol Mills, HR Director of Lancashire County Council and national lead on wellness of PPMA (Public Sector People Managers' Association) and WellKom will unveil the PWZ at the national Wellness Management Community Forum.
This Zone enables each person to manage their own personal wellness with an integrated set of resources including Wellness profiling, inter-active Wellness Development Activities and e-learning modules on Wellness Management.
These Zones can be branded and localised for employers, professioanl bodies and local authorities. For the latter they offer only a great way of engaging and enabling their employees to learn about and take action on their own health as well as being a profit centre by selling these local Zone Wellness Services to other employers and buildig their own Wellness management Communities. Already Econiomic Development and Public Health departments are also excited by the added value that these Zones have to deliver on their agendas such as sustaining higher performance and enabliing people to take control and proactively manage their wellness.
