Putting it into practice...

DHL International, when they were rated by Insead as one of the best organisations prepared for this century used this model in many countries in Europe to evaluate the added value and role of HR.

Nike Europe used the model in designing a pan Europe; Middle East and Africa HR shared service centre in Hilversum, The Netherlands, whilst successfully balancing and retaining local country resources.

Hampshire County Council – 4 star top rated Council with 38,000 persons – used the model to design the new HR shared services roles and to evaluate implementation and success over a number of years.
