Wellness Skills Transfer Programme
Certain employers want to develop their own wellness expertise and resources throughout the organisation. Not just within HR but also to tap into the know-how and interest of other people at all levels and functions including trade unions representatives.
WellKom has developed a comprehensive and fully integrated, modular skills transfer programme which provides many different ways of enabling an employer to build its own resources in a sustainable way. For smaller employers, as well as larger ones, there are also opportunities to collaborate or indeed exchange resources, for example via the Wellness Management Communities.
Some of these qualifications are already both nationally and internationally accredited and more are planned for the future.
