WellKom in partnership with the Health & Safety team developed a very successful new approach aimed at better balanced employer and employee accountabilities in terms of stress. Two workshops were designed: pre and post survey. 98% of the pre survey workshop attendees and 93% of all delegates agreed that the events fully met the stated objectives.
