Wellness Management Benchmarking

How interested are you and your organisation in sustaining higher performance and enabling employees to enjoy life even more?

Wellness Management is the next generation of people management which enables exactly this in organisations of all types.  Just a ten minute investment of your time will enable you to benchmark where you are as an organisation in terms of Wellness Management. This service provides you with a unique opportunity to:

1) appraise your current people, your management practices and how they sustain performance
2) gain powerful insights into determining your optimal people management investment and development priorities
3) compare your organisation against best practice and your competitors/ peers.

By asking others in your organisation to complete the benchmarking questionnaire you will receive valuable feedback on consistent perceptions amongst stakeholders (e.g. directors, line management, people management professionals, and those on the front line) on the current status of people practices and the opportunities for improvement.

Employers are able to select specific questions from the comprehenive range of benchmark questions to be included in their Employee surveys. Similarly as part of an action learning leadership development programme they can use certain questions to gain organisational insights into specific areas and then compare the results with external benchmarks.

You will also be offered opportunities in the future to repeat the benchmarking as a means of tracking how fast your people management actions and investments are developing in relation to other employers.

Putting it into practice...

"involved 11 managers in the Wellness Management Benchmarking exercise which was easy to do as it only took less than 10 minutes to complete. The results were presented in an easy to understand format. The discussion with the Wellness Management Coach was well worth it as it helped join up a lot of what we are doing and had done. It also provided a valuable step back to reflect and re-appraise our priorities to see where we could get the most value from in terms of future actions not just in wellness or people management but also in our whole approach to managing the Council."

As part of their UK version of their global leadership programme aimed at experienced managers, Lilly commissioned WellKom to develop and deliver a leadership module on well-being. Within this module a selection of Wellness Management Benchmarking questions were chosen for managers..
